How do I use my FanWish.com Shopping Cart?
It's so fast and easy! You can use just one Shopping Cart to order multiple items at one time. When you see something you like, simply add that item to your Shopping Cart, Then, you can keep shopping and keep adding more items to the same Shopping Cart.
When you go through Check-Out. you'll see the total purchase price for all the items in your Shopping Cart. Each individual purchase is also listed. When you click on "Submit Order", you will have ordered all the items in the Shopping Cart with just one easy click.
Note: During the Check-Out process, you may revise or cancel your order. No order will be placed until you click the "Submit Order" button.
How is a product delivered?
Fanwish.com products are shipped exclusively by FedEx, overnight and 2nd day Air are available. Overnight orders must be placed by 3 p.m. Eastern.
How do I know when my order will arrive?
When ordering by phone, you will be given an Estimated Delivery Date by the Customer Service Representative who takes your order. When ordering on the Internet, you will receive an e-mail with the Estimated Delivery Date. To remember the date, simply print the e-mail or jot down the date.
- Standard Ground Shipping: Allow 3 working days from your order date. All orders will be shipped via FedEx.
- 2nd-Day Air: All orders will be shipped via FedEx. .
- Overnight Air: Overnight orders must be placed by 3 p.m. Eastern.
Can I have an item sent to another address?
Yes. You can have your purchase sent directly to another recipient's address. When ordering through a Customer Representative, you can have your item sent to any recipent's address. Your personal message is HAND INSCRIBED in the official greeting card for the team, driver or school selected, and it is shipped FEDEX as per your selection--Next Day, 2nd Day, Express Air or Ground. When ordering on the Internet, use Custom Check-Out to type in the recipient's address.
Where can I have my order shipped?
FanWish.com ships to all 50 states, as well as Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, and Puerto Rico.
Canadian customers will receive their orders through the Canadian Post.
What is FanWish.com's Return Policy?
